Application procedure
- Sand the wood surface in the direction of the wood grain with sandpaper no. 240
- Brush the surface of the wood to clean and open the pores of the wood then remove the remaining dust and dirt on the surface of the wood.
- Pour or spread Propan 3D Gel Stain, then smooth it with a bale cloth and let it dry for 45-60 minutes.
- Proceed to the top coat process using Impra NC / Impra Melamine / Impra Aqua Lacquer / Propan PU
Application Tips :
- After the application of Propan 3D Gel Stain, if the color is not dense enough, it can be reapplied. If it is too thick, it can be smoothed with steel wool.
- During surface preparation, the lower the number of sandpaper used, the more it will open the pores of the wood so that the more intense the color appearance that appears during the application of Propan 3D Gel Stain.
